With Candidate Order, employers submit a request for candidates and receive a shortlist of the best matches from the Talent Community Partners in the Marketplace.
Talent On Demand allows employers to directly search through available candidates, review their profiles, conduct interviews, and hire the ones that best fit their needs.
Managers have access to a series of visual and data-based reports which can be downloaded to monitor individuals, groups, or company compliance.
After a candidate has completed the registration and pre-screen workflow, they appear in ranked Talent Pools which are searchable by employers.
The Talent Pools feature your candidates Workforce Wallets and digital IDs with verified skills and compliance clearances. Smart searches and customised filters discover matched talent and build dynamic talent workflows.
The Workforce Wallet stores a worker’s compliance records and tracks the expiry date of each record. Automated alerts and reminders are sent to employees, contractors and their managers when a compliance file is set to expire.
The Wallet maintains a real-time record of a worker’s job role skills. It records completed courses, webinars, events and training programs. In addition, the Wallet produces a skills matrix on every candidate.
Candidates are pre-screened, qualified, experienced and verified.
The Talent Marketplace hosts Talent Communities of qualified and experienced candidates looking for work. Employers login to complete Candidate Orders to find employees or use the filters in Talent On-Demand to hire candidates instantly. They receive a percentage of the placement fee for all successful hires.
The Talent Community Partnership is designed for organisations that wish to connect their candidates with a business network of employers. Talent Community Partners join Talent Marketplaces to promote their candidates to employers that hire instantly on the platform. They receive a percentage of the placement fee for all successful hires.
The Managed Services Partner is an experienced recruiter that works with Talent Marketplace and Talent Community Partners to enhance and increase the hiring of candidates in the networks. They receive a percentage of the placement fee for all successful hires.
The Referral Partnership is designed for individuals with extensive networks in a sector and region. This partner is interested in leveraging and positioning contacts in this network to consider becoming a Talent Marketplace and/or Talent Community Partner.
The Platform profiles candidates with the latest AI tools together with identity verification apps
Candidates register for free on Talent Community portals. Candidates upload their CVs to be parsed and complete a job role pre-screen that builds a verified and searchable digital profile.
Employers register on a Marketplace and can use the On-Demand search engine to find and hire candidates. Alternatively employers can fill out an order for talent and receive a list of matched candidates.
As part of the candidate pre-screening, we collect and verify certificates, qualifications, licenses and credentials to ensure that all applicants are job role compliant.
The Digital Profile maintains a real-time record of a worker’s training program including CPD. It records completed courses, webinars, events and training programs with completed certificates.
When the candidate completes a pre-screen workflow, all data, certificates, qualifications and licenses are centralised in personalised Workforce Wallets and Digital Profiles.
