Recruiter Insight – Matching CVs to Job Roles
The Recruiter Insight ranking data is generated by auto-reading and ranking candidate CVs that are uploaded as part of the registration process. Our market-leading CV Parser automates the extraction, enrichment, and structuring of data from vast quantities of resumes in 29 languages and job postings in 9 languages.

Job Match Questions - Get focused responses candidate experience and skills
The Job Match Scores are a custom set of questions that the candidate answers as part of their registration process. These questions can relate specifically to the job role and tend to focus on getting more detailed information from the candidate on work experience, time in roles, responsibilities, qualifications and credentials, types of roles and past employer profiles. The questions are given a weighting percentage, and the aggregate score is critical data in ranking the right candidate for the job.


Work Ready Shields – Profile your talent in real time
The Work Ready Shield is a selection of core competencies and job role skills that a worker must have completed to be assessed as ready to work. The shield polls the status of the assigned items in real-time to advise managers that the worker is competent and compliant. The Work Ready Shield is an invaluable dataset when workers need to be rostered in a highly regulated industry. The green shield allows for the user to be rostered and a red shield advises managers that there is an area that needs to be addressed before they can be considered work ready.
