Candidate Workforce Wallets
The issuing of a Workforce Wallet and Digital Profile to all candidates is the unique feature of the Talent Community Portal.
The Workforce Wallet is created dynamically for candidates who have applied for a job role. When the candidate completes a pre-screen workflow, all data, certificates, qualifications and licenses are centralised in personalised Workforce Wallets and Digital Profiles.
The candidate provides personal preference data such as availability, job type, work locations and salary expectations. They also upload their CVs which is ranked against the job role using AI. Information such as job titles and work experience is also added to their profile which can be searched.

Skills Gap Analysis

The Skill Gap Analysis score is based on the completion level of the training and skills verification tasks completed by the worker.

Compliance Gap Analysis

The Compliance Gap Analysis score is based on the completion of compliance file uploads. The score polls missing and expired uploads.

CV Match Score

The CV Match Score, provides an AI match of the worker’s CV to the job role in areas including experience, credentials, education, past roles etc.

Job Match Score

The Job Match Score is based on the worker’s response to custom questions on the suitability of the user to the assigned job role.

Searchable Digital Profiles

The PowerHouse Workforce Wallet provides visual data analytics on each candidate’s ranking status against their job role. The Workforce Wallet digital profile includes the following datasets for each user

Verified Compliance Records and Job Skills

The Workforce Wallet can be accessed on a computer and all mobile devices as an app. Candidates upload files or simply take photographs of their licenses and certificates and upload directly to their Workforce Wallet.
