Talent Community
Experienced and qualified talent ready to start work

Talent Community partners connect with candidates who are seeking employment opportunities. They invite their candidates to create an online profile tailored to the roles they are interested in.
As part of the process, candidates complete a job match assessment, a work-ready evaluation, and receive a skill gap analysis for their desired role.
This allows candidates to specify the type of work they are looking for and communicate their terms. Each candidate is then provided with a personalized workforce wallet that employers can browse, giving them the option to arrange interviews with potential hires.
