How the Talent Marketplace Generates Revenue

The Talent Marketplace partner selects the Community Talent Partner Portals that they wish to promote to the employers in their Talent Marketplace

When a candidate is hired from a Talent Community Partner, the Marketplace Partner receives a share of the placement fee paid by the employer.

Employers register for free on your Talent Marketplace and search to find their talent. In addition, the employer may complete an order for your to find the talent they need.

The Talent Marketplace Platform enables partners to build a unique combination of Talent Community Partners that will provide their jobseekers. All partners receive a revenue share of the placement fee.

Talent Marketplace Partners are typically industry bodies, member associations in a sector, universities, Immigration Partners, Recruitment Companies, Contractor Management, Payroll and Tech Companies.

How employers find the right person for the right role

The Talent Marketplace technology allows employers to explore their marketplace in two ways to find and hire talent
1. Candidate Order: This is similar to the traditional recruitment agency model, where employers submit a request for candidates and receive a shortlist of the best matches from the Global Talent Community Partners in the Marketplace.\\\
2. Talent on Demand: This option allows employers to directly search through available candidates, review their profiles, conduct interviews, and hire the ones that best fit their needs.
Both options provide employers with flexible ways to find and secure top talent. Employers view matched candidates in AI ranked talent pools, use the custom filters to refine their search and shortlist their preferred candidate. They secure the person by setting them as the ‘successful candidate’ and pay the Placement Fee.
