The PowerHouse Marketplace Channel Partner Program delivers substantial revenue streams for our accredited partners. PowerHouse provides site set-up, business modelling, co-branded marketing collateral, and mentoring to help drive and optimise opportunities for our selected partners.

Talent Marketplace Partner

The Talent Marketplace hosts Talent Communities from their network and external Talent Community Partners. These Talent Marketplace Partners leverage their own employer network in a specified territory and sector. Employers can login to complete Candidate Orders to find employees through our recruiter partners or use the filters in Talent On-Demand to hire candidates instantly.
The Talent Marketplace allows Partners to promote their candidates to employers with placement fees payable on each hire. Revenues on the placement fee are shared with the Talent Community Partner, Hired1st, and the Talent Marketplace Partner.
The Talent Marketplace Partner can add Talent Community Partners that feature an accredited Managed Services Provider who manages the recruitment and placement of the Candidates with the Marketplace End Users.

Managed Services Partner

The Managed Services Partner is an experienced recruiter that works with Talent Marketplace and Talent Community Partners to enhance and increase the hiring of candidates in the networks. The Managed Services Partner is responsible for:
  • providing recruitment services to the Talent Community Partner and/or Talent Marketplace Partner
  • providing a minimum commitment of one dedicated and experienced recruiter.
  • increasing the number of recruiters to match the volume of candidates and employers in the Talent Community and Talent Marketplace partnership.
  • Providing proactive recruitment services to track the employment status of all candidates in the partner’s Talent Community to ensure that all candidates are placed on the Product and employers pay the correct placement fees.

Referral Partner

The Referral Partner is designed for individuals with extensive networks in a sector and region. This partner is interested in leveraging and positioning this network to consider becoming a Talent Marketplace and/or Talent Community Partner.
The Referral Partner is provided with marketing collateral to secure a qualified partnership lead. The partners introduces the prospective partner and PowerHouse Hub who completes the partnership review process. If the partner has been approved, the Referral Partner receives a percentage of the placement fees for a designated period of time.
