The worker is dedicated to the employer, stays in their country and employment contracts are managed by Ebury.

Trans Skills is the one-stop destination for bespoke HR solutions. As a partner Trans Skills provides remote employment solutions with the provision of EOR (Employer of Record) services. Employ remotely with Trans Skills and receive compliance with tax authorities and local labour laws, seamless payroll management and in-country contracts.

Austrade in New Delhi and Bengaluru, India has set up senior teams that have been working with our company and targeting key partners to set up our Talent Communities to provide skilled and experienced workers in IT, Health and Finance.
